Leslieville, Leslieville… what a neighborhood to live in!
I totally fell in love with this bohemian and spontaneous neighborhood a month ago while geocaching…. Yup! geocaching TTC metropass’ mural art!… (Aka… discovering in real person the graffiti printed on the June metropass) something that I just find so fun to do around Toronto.
If you wonder what does it mean, check the images below (soon I will write a post about the ones I have done so far! – I love to collect them all):
The discovery wasn’t just beautiful and amazing, Leslieville was full of vivid colors – all around – with people and friends sharing in their main plaza (square)… and nature all around!
Our adventure began by riding my rollerblades from the Danforth Area all the way down to Leslieville. When we got there, the first thing that delighted us and caught our attention was the most beautiful chairs to sit down that I have ever seen in the GTA. Chairs painted like the rainbow with a green natural view and cute pink trees nearby. Beautiful!

Leslieville really surprised us with the plenty options of independent cafes around the hood. Each of them unique and with that special bohemian and hipster touch that Leslieville brings… And also, more ‘rainbows’ chairs covering their main street from west to east all around the street!
We tried one cafe that is just in the main street. This one has a theatrical touch and it fits nicely as a co-working space, so if you want to give a try and to work or study and being surrounded by green colors, this is the place. You worth give it a try! The quiche I tried was so delicious as well! Check it out: Tango Palace Coffee Company

So, if you are a nature lover, don't miss this spot! I highly recommend to visiting and share time in this urban area. It isn’t to famous in Toronto yet, and that’s the best thing of it! It is not crowded, and enjoying pop stores, art spaces, and nature without too much people is just peaceful and enjoyable!
